Our AdviceLine is there to help, and they can put you in touch with our Legal Team and Employment Relations, Human Resources and Health and Safety consultants. Much of our learning and many of our conferences and events are still being offered but as webinars, in online classrooms and through e-learning.

Some on red and others on orange light

Northland, Auckland, parts of the Bay of Plenty and other regions will move to red in the traffic light system from midnight this Thursday, while other North Island regions and the South Island will go directly to orange.

Government to provide businesses with the tools to vaccinate their workforce

To safely transition to the new COVID-19 Protection Framework from 3 December, the Government will provide a simplified vaccination assessment tool for use from mid-December to help employers decide if their staff require vaccination for different types of work.

Government supports use of Rapid Antigen Testing (RAT) for businesses

The Government have adopted a revised testing strategy to minimise and protect New Zealanders from COVID-19 under the new Protection Framework. This new phase enables businesses to use RATs in the workplace and source testing kits from approved suppliers.
